- Listen first, then respond
- Help first, and/or ask for help
- Answers questions or comments on subjects that may highlight your profile and expertise. (Share openly your email, it's magic)
- identify and keep track of members who has affinity with your business. Build closer relationship to them
- Don't be shy, send private message to invite people to do business with you
- offer cross promotion
- share useful news
- Be THE REFERRAL GUY
